Board certified, specializing in “gentle tough love,” I work with couples, parent+teens, and adult family members/pairs experiencing frustration, loneliness, disconnect and anger in their relationships. Together we will notice and disrupt the patterns causing hurt and uncover what’s needed to create more respectful, supportive connections at home. Using a directive, warm style, I help you practice skills for better communication, learn to speak the same language, and hear, see & understand each other. Workshop intensives (in place of or in addition to therapy) and parent coaching also avail if appropriate - reach out to learn more.
I also work with clients of all ages facing grief, anxiety, challenging life transitions/disruption (divorce/breakup, emptynest, parenting, illness, career), family conflict & identity crises.
