I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, providing counseling and psychotherapy to individuals. My role as therapist is to utilize the therapeutic relationship to foster self-awareness, growth, and change. I approach my work from an Integrative Theoretical Perspective that is holistic, humanistic and client-centered in approach. Although I draw from a wide range of theoretical perspectives, I am most influenced by Mindfulness Based CBT and Stress Reduction, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Therapy and EMDR, examined through an anti-oppressive framework. I currently work with individuals only and am no longer seeing couples.
