While gaining understanding, I utilize skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide skills for a better relationship with yourself as well as those around you.
My goal is that you develop an empowered sense of self, believing in your own agency to create long-lasting, meaningful changes in your life.
