I offer an integrative private therapy practice combining expressive art therapy and or traditional talk therapy. Art Therapy is based on self-exploration through the creative process. Using expressive therapies in conjunction with talk therapy and mindfulness-based techniques allows individuals and couples to deepen connection, and to tap into your innate intuitive wisdom which can help you to heal, thrive and grow. I am Certified in EMDR, with a strong interest in finding the right therapeutic approach to help individuals and couples become unstuck, find a sense of balance and well-being, and be able to enjoy life. EMDR is one of the powerful therapeutic tools I have to offer that allows people to work through issues in ways that surprise and free them. I work with adults and older adults coping with PTSD, depression and mood disorders, grief, loss, anxiety disorders, life changes and challenges, and relationship issues. These are treatable problems that can get better.

Leslie Glazer, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist-Doctorate in Vermont with over 25 years experience practicing psychotherapy in a variety of settings. He has experience in the use of cognitive, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and mindfulness approaches to assist individuals and families navigate the stresses, anxieties, mood disturbances and problems in living they may encounter as they move through their lives. Leslie works with school age children and adults.

I have been a licensed psychotherapist for twenty years. As my first career working as an elementary school teacher, I have strengths working with children and adolescents.
