As your counselor, I’ll guide you through some of your toughest challenges in life with a gentle but “real” approach. Within our counselor-client relationship, I prioritize developing trust and openness, allowing you the freedom to share anything on your mind without fear of judgment or criticism. I've enjoyed my work with college students tremendously. I often see people struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or just dealing with the stress of life.
I tend to use what will benefit you the most. I use experiential techniques, teach coping skills, and have recently enjoyed using hypnotherapy to help clients grow in self-confidence or change habits. I am also an ASMR practitioner , which means that I can (if you prefer it) incorporate ASMR triggers into the session to enhance the relaxing environment.
