I strive to work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable goals, while providing support in understanding the thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to the issues they are experiencing in life.

For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to be a therapist. I truly enjoy working with my clients and am passionate about helping others through tough times in their lives. I bring to my clients over 40 years of clinical experience, working with Veterans as the retired Chief of Mental Health at the VA in Lexington, KY and in as a clinician in other military and private practice settings.
