I am an open and compassionate person. I work with clients from many different backgrounds and life experiences. Since every client is different, I use a variety of techniques to tailor treatment to your family. I work primarily with adolescents, families, and couples, but also see adult clients individually. I specialize in teen issues, gender questioning teens and young adults, parenting issues, cutting/self-harm, depression, and anxiety. I practice from an “attachment” perspective which is the key to unlocking a different way of understanding yourself and your interactions with others, opening a pathway to practical and relational healing. I provide both traditional talk therapy as well as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) to individuals (age 8 and up), couples, and families just 20 miles SE of Dallas.
