Todd and his wife Adelita are active members of First Baptist Church in Mansfield, Texas. They have two children, Avery & Aleksandra. Both he and his wife enjoy both indoor and sand volleyball, tennis, being outdoors, and working on the house. They value both friends and family and enjoy the opportunity to spend time with them. And, of course, they enjoy spending very valuable time with their blessed children.

I have a Master of Arts in Counseling and have been counseling adults, children, teens, and families since 2008. Working with clients struggling with anxiety and grief and loss is a special interest of mine, but I have experience treating a wide variety of issues including depression, adjustment, self-esteem issues, crisis, domestic violence, abuse, and trauma. I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I am also an EMDR Consultant-in-Training (EMDRIA).

Having the pleasure of working with kids, adults, couples and families for the past 20+ years has taught me that not all storms come to disrupt our life, some come to clear our path. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges you may be facing. Together we will identify your strengths and develop them into effective strategies for coping with everyday life. We Fall. We Break. We Fail. But then we Rise. We Heal. We Overcome.

Life can be tough, with it's many challenges, distractions, and unpredictable tragedies and disappointments. Fortunately, you don't have to face them alone. I love working with couples, but believe that even one person can make a difference in the condition of a relationship as they learn better ways to communicate and deal with their own issues.

Our mission is to help anyone struggling with emotional distress. We work with children, adolescents, families, individuals, and couples. We offer a FREE 15-minute phone consult to anyone who is new to the counseling process. This is a no pressure call. We will assess your current needs and concerns and decide if we can work together to address them. Our counselors believe in the counseling process and want you to have the best counseling experience possible. We offer emergency sessions, intensive counseling, assessments, play therapy, pre-marital/couples, and bilingual counseling.
