I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make a positive change in their lives. I have experience working with individuals and families with a variety of mental health needs. I have a passion for working with couples and dedicate part of my practice specifically to couples work. Together, we will address issues regarding healthy communication, conflict resolution, finances, intimacy, and parenting.
I also work with behavioral addiction (pornography, video games, gambling, shopping, etc.), couples issues, and anxiety disorders. I am also specifically trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET) which is one of the most research-based and internationally supported treatment options for working with trauma.
My treatment methodology is not explicitly faith-based, but I am happy to include faith in your counseling process if that is what you are seeking. My Master's Degree is from Denver Seminary, so I am very comfortable with integrating faith and counseling.
