For the past 20 years I have been committed to assisting individuals, couples, adolescents and athletes through life's difficult situations. I have a strong background in working directly with general psychiatry, so most of my experience is in mood disorders, crisis management, grief therapy and co-occurring disorders such as addiction. My passion is in teaching clients strengths-based techniques to improve coping abilities and quality of life.
