I am also trained in co-parenting (including court-ordered) for couples experiencing a divorce.
Too often, psychotherapy focuses on reducing symptoms such as depression or anxiety rather than identifying and resolving experiences causing these signs of personal distress. Psychotherapy involves learning skills which promote emotional health such as awareness of your feelings and needs, communicating effectively, having fulfilling relationships, and making healthy life choices.
Having practiced in the counseling field for over 35 years, I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and relationship issues, including people struggling to co-parent after divorce. I work compassionately with individuals, couples and families experiencing conflicts in their relationship.
