As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to tailor interventions to meet your individual needs, integrating sessions with modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotional-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and mindfulness. I see individuals, couples, and late adolescents.
