I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist and Master Trainer and Consultant for The Gottman Institute. This means I have highly specialized training and experience in helping couples using a researched based, effective modality. A state-of-the-art Love Lab assessment process pinpoints couples issues and helps create a more effective treatment plan. This process mimics Gottman's original research and raises the bar in couples therapy.

I am a license professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I graduated from The University of Scranton where I received a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, oncology and resilience counseling, grief counseling, addictions counseling, co-occurring disorders and other severe mental health disorders, as well as personality disorders, couples therapy, and group therapy. My method of therapy mainly involves psychoanalytic theory.

My approach to counseling is from a humanistic perspective which places importance on looking at the whole person. I believe that this is best achieved through understanding an individual's relationship to persons, places, things and events and how those relationships affect the person mentally, emotionally and physically.

In a confidential and compassionate environment, we provide evidence-based, counseling/therapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and adults for a variety of issues. We also provide neuro-psychological testing and evaluation that may be needed for a variety of reasons: determination of a possible learning disability (AHDH, Autism), fitness for medical procedures (bariatric), Fitness for duty/Lethal weapons testing (Act 235/Act 120) .
