I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specialized in sex and relationship counseling. A major focus of mine is working to improve communication skills within relationships as well as with individuals. It is important to me to provide a space where sex and sexuality can be explored safely for clients, especially when often there has not been opportunity for that to occur. I strive to provide facts and education around sex to help clients better understand themselves and normalize their experiences. Additionally, I work with clients experiencing desire discrepancies, mood disorders, sexual anxieties and sexual dysfunction.

Infertility, miscarriages, sexual difficulties, postpartum anxiety and depression can be very hard for you and your partner to deal with and cause a strain in your relationships. These experiences may bring feelings of shame, disappointment, anger, and grief that could be overwhelming and difficult to understand for the people around us.

I believe in self-determination (choice) and the natural process of growth. I will, therefore, assist your growth/change process by providing you with education, support and honest feedback. Because I prefer to examine issues from a holistic perspective, I will discuss the integration of your strengths as they relate to the five life domains: emotional, mental, physical, relational and spiritual.
