Hi, I'm Chelsea. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults and teens and specialize in the needs of college students and young adults during times of transition. My therapeutic approach is centered on helping you explore the full spectrum of your emotions and experiences, fostering acceptance, self-love and growth. I take a holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnected aspects of one's experience. I hold 10 years experience helping people find healing and growth - supporting people with mood and anxiety disorders, navigating relationships, finding their voice, and learning to trust themselves.
Supporting adults, college students, and teens searching for balance and relief; I strive to empower clients to be active participants in their own healing process, valuing their lived experiences and perspectives. Treatment includes an eclectic approach of DBT informed therapy, CBT, holistic, multicultural and person-centered care.
Our therapeutic relationship will be one of trust, support, and respect, as we work towards your desired outcomes. Together, we will forge a path towards self-discovery, resilience, and personal fulfillment. Please reach out by email if you have any questions and we can schedule a free consultation to discuss if I am the right therapist for you.
