Are you looking for compassionate care to help you or a loved one address difficult emotions, experiences, or transitions? Hanover CBT is a group private practice with clinicians who specialize in working with individuals across the lifespan experiencing a wide range of mental health struggles. We seek to assist clients in cultivating awareness, wisdom, and courage in every aspect of their lives while meeting each client with compassion, integrity, and presence. We believe that it is brave to ask for support and we work with our patients to develop strength-based practices and approaches to coping with challenges.
Our clinicians are trained in how to flexibly and respectfully provide evidence-based treatments to address your and/or your child’s unique needs. We have clinicians who specialize in working with children and families and others who specialize in working with adults, including older adults who may be looking for support with issues related to aging.
We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about your current needs. More information about our practice and each of the clinicians that work at Hanover CBT can be found at hanovercbt.com.
