I am a duel licensed clinician providing both mental health and substance use counseling. I am strength based clinician who will provide a non-judgmental space where you can examine your thoughts and feelings. I encourage you to listen to your own intuition and learn to trust yourself. There are many paths to wellness.
Over the last 12 years, I have worked in several settings providing care for people with a variety of mental health / substance use issues. There are a broad spectrum of skills that can help build wellbeing, from learning about one's self, practicing mindfulness, and mastering coping skills. I look forward to working with you.
