I love being able to assist people in reaching their full potential. The purpose of our sessions is to create a confidential and professional relationship dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. It is imperative to the therapeutic process that you are comfortable with and confident in your treatment provider. I have dedicated my career to supporting adults, children and couples. I specialize in a variety of areas for Adults: Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Impulse Control, Adjustment to Change, Relationship Issues, Divorce, Workplace Stressors & Trauma. Additionally, it is critical when attending Couples Counseling you understand I will advocate for the relationship to succeed.
In addition to my work with Adults and Couples, I also have extensive expertise and experience counseling adolescents.
