I have extensive experience working with people experiencing substance use disorders and mental illness. I specialize in the collaborative treatment of anxiety and depression, the promotion of overall health, happiness and self-worth. I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

I provide both traditional and equine psychotherapy on a small farm in Kensington NH. My farm provides a peaceful non traditional setting. With the Equine facilitated treatment, I co-facilitate sessions with my two horses and two donkeys and a therapy dog. I treat individuals, couples, families and groups . I work with clients who are age 14 and older, I enjoy working with people of all ages. My interest in non-invasive techniques and complimentary treatments would likely be attractive to patients with similar interests.
