Parenting Group
The objective of this parenting group is to empower and encourage parents, as they home-school and care for their children during COVID-19. Parents will be engaging with other parents and the therapist regarding how they are coping and how to cope, while their kids are at home. Parents will be learning how to manage stress and communicate more effectively with their kids. Parents will receive information on how to start, improve or maintain personal self-care.
