My name is Linda Duree with Crossroads Counseling & Mediation LLC. I am passionate about assisting individuals and families in achieving a state of wellness. I have specialized training in conflict resolution to help you find a middle ground through mediation and parent coordination. Kara sees clients work through marital, parenting, & interpersonal relationship struggles. She encourages productive communication, constructive boundaries, & healthy, loving environments. She addresses depression & anxiety by instilling hope & confidence, while helping patients discover their self-worth & adjust perceptions of the world around them. Kara offers a safe, comfortable environment & the skills to maintain healthy, balanced lifestyles spiritually, mentally, emotionally, socially, & physically. She'd like to see her clients functioning to their full potential, pursuing their dreams, & improving their quality of life.

I work with people who have trouble regulating emotion. I am skilled in several different types of therapy, however, I have a significant amount of advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method couples therapy. I tend to work with people who are experiencing depression, suicidal ideation, self harming behavior, trauma and anxiety. I focus on providing Autism assessments, ADHD assessment and treatment, clinical supervision and marathon therapy. I'm based in LSL now and offer telehealth for people located in Montana. Now enrolling new members for adult and teen DBT groups starting in June!

I have always said that I wanted to be a safe space for those who have experienced high levels of trauma and never felt as if they had somebody truly in their corner. Whether it be a child who is struggling to make it through the day to day because they feel different because of their life experiences, or an adult who is finally ready to feel the freedom that comes from healing, I desire to be a safe space for that individual. Trauma stole your balance, and you should absolutely be willing to fight for it to return.

Samantha Graham-Douglas, LPC and Life Restoration Center have been a part of the community since 2011. We have a mission of providing comfort, safety, and respect to those coming from hopeless situations - including trauma, sexual abuse, substance abuse, sexual addictions, criminal activity, delinquency, behavioral issues, parenting issues, and marital problems. Samantha and other team members have been trained in several trauma theories such as TF-CBT and EMDR and have experience working with substance abuse, addictions, mental health, family systems and focus on the whole family- children, adolescents, adults and families.

It can be easy to lose sight of hope, peace, and happiness when faced with the turmoils and challenges of this life. I believe every person's struggles are unique. I am passionate about understanding your story and offering support and practical solutions that restore hope and lead to healing. As a counselor, I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to reflect God’s love. Therefore, we will to start where you are, working in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere as we navigate through the storm or season of life that you are experiencing.

I currently have a waitlist for new clients. I specialize in working with individuals (of all ages) who are neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD, gifted, etc.) and I often work with children and teens who are in foster care or are adopted. I offer individual and family/couple sessions, play therapy, and I often integrate technology, including video and computer games, iPads, and virtual reality (VR), into sessions.
