I work with individuals that are victims of trauma, teens struggling with compulsive behavior & emotional distress, families who have difficulty overcoming their differences, adults who want more out of life & to worry less, & couples longing for strengthened partnerships. One of the things I've noticed new clients are concerned about is being able to express themselves without being judged, as well as if the experience will be awkward.
