Hi, I'm Amy Jo! I practice a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-focused approach to therapy. I work with individuals that are victims of trauma, teens struggling with compulsive behavior & emotional distress, families who have difficulty overcoming their differences, adults who want more out of life & to worry less, & couples longing for strengthened partnerships. What every single one of them has in common, is a hopeful desire for better understanding and deeper meaning about themselves, as well as fostering & nurturing healthy relationships; especially the one they have with themselves.
