I offer effective, short-term, professional counseling for individuals who are ready to make changes in their lives. We also examine any barriers to achieving goals and develop strategies to remove them or minimize their effects.
I have a Master of Arts in Counseling. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified as a National Certified Counselor for over 24 years, working in mental health for the past 18 years. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy that addresses issues related to stress, depression, anxiety, and dealing with emotionally destructive people.
