I like the process of therapy and I value the therapist/client relationship. My style of relating is enthusiastic, compassionate and respectful. I work with tweens; adolescents; individuals; married, partnered, or same gender couples; families and 'dyads' in family systems. As well as, co-workers, faltering friendships, and groups.
As a former massage therapist, I am sensitive to the body/mind connection and open to talking through holistic approaches to healing and improved clarity. I sometimes incorporate alternative thinking and therapies including meditation, yoga, breath work, QiGong, 'taming your critic' and 'healing the child within'.
