I lead groups for Professionals in the Mental Health field and Young Adults struggling with depression, social anxiety and life transitions. It is within the process of relationship-making, (the engine that powers group) that lies the parts vital to create feelings of belonging, wholeness, and self-worth. My ideal clients are women who want to be active in their own recovery process, even if they are right now in a "stuck place". They may be struggling with depression and/or anxiety and often both; transitions including new motherhood and chronic stress are common.
