Hello and welcome. Collaborative therapies approach the therapeutic process from a place of open-minded curiosity. As a practitioner my intention is to facilitate a setting that empowers individuals and families in promoting healing and finding new meaning in life. This setting allows for deep exploration that can bring balance and integration to your physical, mental, emotional and transcendent selves. It is holistic health as an outlook to creating health and wellness.
My specialties in improving mental health include healing issues of depression, anxiety and stress as well as managing life transitions and overcoming traumatic events. I have extensive experience working with individuals, families and groups and assisting with issues of diversity, inclusion and multiculturalism.
