I enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers and adults who have trauma histories and traumatic loss. I believe that with every trauma comes opportunity for spiritual, emotional and relational growth. As a Social Worker and family systems therapist, I work with clients to address depression, anxiety, and trauma, from a wholistic and systemic perspective.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, and utilize a range of modalities to promote mindfulness. Training in these cutting edge modalities enables me to tailor client sessions to attune to what you need to feel more peaceful, vibrant, and present.
I have specialized experience and training that enables me to work with anxiety, depression and trauma. I am highly trained EMDR Therapy, which is a first line trauma treatment that incorporates the whole person's experience of trauma. I am a master clinician and provide consultation with other clinicians on their EMDR practices. .
