Throughout my career, I have never met a truly "broken" person incapable of making positive changes, and I work collaboratively with my clients to resolve their unique issues. I have over twenty years of experience working in the addiction treatment and mental health fields. I have received training in Rational Living Therapy (a form of cognitive therapy), Integrative Restoration (iRest) Yoga Nidra, Rapid Reduction Technique (for PTSD), Rapid Resolution Therapy (for PTSD and other issues), hypnotherapy, EMDR, and a form of self-inquiry called The Work of Byron Katie.
