JFS counseling services are designed to provide guidance and psychotherapy for individuals and families on how to cope with interpersonal and family problems. Our staff of compassionate, highly skilled mental health professionals specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Counseling is provided on an individual and group basis and our services are available to the Greater New Orleans community. JFS therapists are all Masters-level mental health professionals or Masters-level student interns. They are well-trained and up-to-date on the newest Best Practices standards and evidence-based protocols.

My focus is working with the perinatal population to cope with anxiety, depression, associated mood disorders, and other postpartum concerns. This includes working with and supporting partners of pregnant people as well! I also focus on general anxiety/depression, identity issues, relationship concerns, and major life changes.

I have worked with a wide variety of populations including people with chronic mental illness, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Currently, I provide marriage counseling as well as counseling for grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I also work with clients struggling with dysfunctional or toxic relationships as well as with family members, friends, and others affected by another person's addiction.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of issues. I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and women's issues. By understanding how debilitating these issues can be, I provide an empathic and safe place to begin the counseling process.
