Life is full of loss, difficult relationships, unmet expectations, and change. Based on a foundation of personal experience and professional training, I provide counseling for individuals struggling with: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, transition, self-esteem, family dynamics, friendship concerns, and value based decisions. The process of therapy can help individuals access the resilience needed to find hope in the midst of pain.
At the root of my work with each client is a strong therapeutic relationship which provides the safety and comfort needed to explore these issues fully, a willingness to embrace the emotion and pain so often feared in other settings, and respectful and informed therapeutic intervention.
