Specializing in trauma recovery, codependency, relationships and the emotional reconnection of men, my focus is helping clients heal underlying wounds which affect adult life. As clients move from reactivity to responsiveness or from victimization to empowerment, they are enabled to live their best lives. I provide a non-judgmental environment as clients identify and address the core issues which may be leading to depression, anxiety, addictions or relationship problems. A multi-modal approach which may include counseling, EMDR, Neurofeedback and Intensive workshops enable clients to receive needed services in one setting.
Infraslow (IISF) Neurofeedback helps clients become more calm, alert and resilient and often reduces or eliminates the need for medication. This non-invasive method of training the brain stabilizes the autonomic nervous system, increases emotional regulation and allows the brains of trauma survivors to shift from fight, flight or freeze to rest and repair.
EMDR helps clients change negative self-beliefs and work through unresolved traumas. Having trained extensively with Pia Mellody and Terry Real, my individual and couples counseling approach is heavily influenced by their work. Healthy self esteem, boundaries, reality, self-care and moderation are all guiding principles in my practice.

Healing Core Issues
This 3-day workshop utilizes Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy to address the origins of adult dysfunctional behavior. The workshop is offered monthly and is limited to groups of 3-4 clients. In this revolutionary educational and experiential process, you will identify and address early childhood issues that have fueled problems in adult life. You will gain a clearer view of how your current life is impacted by childhood wounds. Experientially, you will connect to your "Inner Child" and begin the process of re-parenting. Toxic emotions carried from caregivers are released.
