During the intensity of the COVID-19 crisis, I am offering telehealth sessions to help reduce your anxiety and isolation. You may smile at others but inside are feeling crippled by pain brought on by negative thinking patterns or lack of healthy coping skills. You may be experiencing anxiety, insomnia, depression and repeating self destructive behaviors. Symptoms can manifest in ways such as over/under eating, isolating, marital conflict, drug/alcohol overuse, and avoiding valuable relationships. Whatever the symptoms or behaviors, I understand that it can feel like no one can relate to or understand what you are going through.
