My specialty is EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). It is a psychotherapy that moves you through the therapy process with greater focus. I work with both clients and as a consultant with EMDR trained therapists. Together we will decide if and when to begin this process. In my practice, it is always a collaboration between me and you.
