Monica is an Independent Contract Clinician at Genesis Counseling with locations in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and virtually throughout Florida. She is a Qualified Supervisor for Social Work Interns. Monica has over 15 years of experience providing therapy to many diverse populations. She has worked in settings such as; outpatient, in-home, residential and groups. Monica specializes in working with addiction, recovery, depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma and behavior modification. She is trained in EMDR.

The majority of the clinicians in the group are licensed mental health counselors or licensed clinical social workers. Most of us are trauma specialists, trained in different techniques. We specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, substance-abuse, anger management, grief/loss, mindfulness and more.
