As a psychotherapist for 29 years I have worked with individuals, couples, children, families and groups in private practice, clinic and in-patient settings. I have a positive and flexible approach, incorporating psychodynamic, trauma-informed, mindfulness, energy psychology, solution-focused and other techniques depending on your needs and goals.
At the root of most psychological distress are painful memories and negative beliefs about oneself that have been internalized and are often hidden.
