I am a therapist because I firmly believe that every person should have one place they can go to not be judged and feel confident that the person in the therapist chair is going to help them see future hope and options.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience working with youth and families. I specialize in recovery work, pre and post adoption issues, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, and work with LGBTQ individuals. After working with people on the Connecticut shoreline for over thirty years in private practice, I have recently moved my practice to my home in North Branford. I specialize in working with people who are having relationship difficulties, including divorce and remarriage issues. My experience has taught me that it is not helpful to try to fit clients into a particular theory or therapeutic technique. Since every client and couple are unique, we need to understand why they are stuck and what is standing in the way of their getting on with their lives/
