I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing empirically-supported treatments to children, adolescents, couples, and families. I am passionate about the work I do and love seeing my clients reach their full potential. In my practice, I offer a warm, supportive, and fun environment, where we work together to meet your goals.
I draw heavily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) models. CBT is an evidenced-based therapy that focuses on developing healthy coping skills aimed at solving current issues, as well as changing unhealthy cognitions and behaviors. In addition to psychotherapy services, I offer psychological evaluations for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University and my M.A. and Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. I completed my internship at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital and my postdoctoral training at Children's Hospital Colorado.
