At the core of my therapeutic style, is the belief that a foundation of mindfulness and cultivating a healthy relationship to self is where healing and wholeness begin.
I have a broad practice with extensive experience working with people struggling with Eating Disorders, Anxiety, and Domestic Violence. I became a certified domestic violence counselor in 2010 and a certified crisis counselor in 2009.
I work from a very integrative approach, drawing primarily from a place of positive thinking and empowerment. I also do Dream work with individuals, working together to uncover the deeper meanings to their dreams. I have a passion for helping others return to a place of recovery and wholeness.
