Hi I'm Kristen Telon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a huge advocate for early intervention and looking into childhood for answers to issues in adulthood. I am very passionate about my work as a therapist and helping my clients by being there for them through their journey. My approach to therapy is client-centered because I always tailor my approach to each clients unique situation. My favorite therapy modalities are CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Christian Therapy, Family systems, and EFT.

I work with clients that struggle with various life issues, such as addiction and those struggling with the aging process along with those that struggle with negative personal patterns. I have years of experience working with those struggling with addiction and I would like to work with people that are struggling with the aging process.

Hello, my name is Meghan, and I am excited to work with you! Deciding to participate in therapy can be scary, and we will move at a pace that is comfortable for you. I generally work with people that have dealt with long term trauma, people who are engaging in problematic behaviors related to substance use, people who are grieving or who are experiencing depression and/or anxiety.
