I have worked for many years with individuals, couples, families and youth. Many of those I work with are struggling with transitional life problems and some have long term chronic mental illness. They are all looking to gain greater insight into their challenges and are working toward finding understanding in their interpersonal relationships. We set goals and then work toward achieving a more fulfilling life.
I am able to walk with you in finding your truth and developing in the area of personal growth. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy in conjunction with other approaches that assist you in your path toward greater awareness. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, other mood disorders, and severe mental health issues.
