I am passionate about helping individuals and couples reconnect to what matters most to them and learning to support one another through the inevitable ups and downs of life and relationships. I aim to help clients better understand the cycles they get stuck in and find accountability and agency for their contributions to these patterns. I also support clients in exploring and deepening intimacy in all its forms (emotionally/psychologically, physically/sexually, energetically/spiritually, etc.)
I was trained in Somatic Psychotherapy and also have a background in bodywork, approaching therapy from a holistic lens that welcomes the whole person. I'm drawn to working with adult individuals and couples through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and finding greater connection and meaning in life.
The challenges we face in our lives and relationships can be confusing, discouraging and overwhelming. If we can find the patience, courage and support to stay present, I believe these challenges bring an invitation to better understand ourselves and our "stuck" points, leading to greater connection, compassion and intimacy with ourselves and others.
