I am specialist in DEVELOPMENTAL TRAUMA originating in childhood, PTSD and Complex Trauma. All of which have severe negative impact in relationships- Abducting you against your better judgement.I am also highly trained on ATTACHMENT: the way we make connections with those closest to us based on how we were originally treated by our parents. As well as EMDR.
I am a Trauma Survivor myself, and therefor I offer not only unusually high level of training and education, but in my bones and veins understanding of the impact and lived experience of trauma, and the best treatment options. Originally from Spain I understand the challenges of transitions from one culture to another, as well as multicultural adjustments.
