I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, assertiveness, social skills, ADHD, selective mutism, academic problems, grief and loss, divorce, and relationship issues.
My goal is to help people reach their full potential whether it be at school, work, or in their relationships. I believe we all naturally grow towards health, and I hope to aid in the process, so that you can live the life you want.
