Life can be challenging and even overwhelming, whether it is due to grief and loss, relationship problems, a challenging child, anxiety or depression. We all need a little help once in a while. Sometimes it is difficult to see your options, but there are always options that are yours for the taking. Some of my specialty areas are parenting, perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, bonding and attachment, and couples therapy.
I have completed the Foundations of Infant Mental Health training and have advanced training in parinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My experience of 3 decades of working with new mothers and families as perinatal educator prior to becoming an LMFT has enhanced my understanding of pregnancy and the impacts of bringing an new baby into the family.

Mindful Mommas
One in seven women struggle with a mood disorder during pregnancy or after the baby is born. Others suffer from anxiety or just need help learning to cope with new challenges. Combining psychoeducation and group process, we will sit alongside you as you experience healing. I am certified by Postpartum Support International (PSI) to diagnose and treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This is a virtual group.
