Insights Counseling Group, is a non profit staffed with therapists and interns who have life experience and know first hand that losses occur from transitions like divorce, adoption, childbirth, career loss, & retirement. Many times these losses are compounded over time building compounded trauma. Insights offers EMDR, creative expression, & psychotherapy to help you normalize uncomfortable feelings and cope with changes and to further integrate trauma. Together we create a plan to get you closer to living out your truth & your core values. We can help you attain your goals.
