Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or are you having difficulty in your relationship? I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from counseling at one point or another. I aim to create a safe environment, where my clients can feel heard and respected as we work together to identify your personal values and move towards a life that reflects those values. When working with couples, my goal is to help resolve painful conflicts and help you and your partner to build a rich and meaningful relationship, with increased intimacy, connection, and understanding.
By implementing a combination of Person-Centered and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, we can work together to navigate your concerns. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples. As a PEERS certified provider, I also offer groups for teens and young adults with autism spectrum disorder to help build and maintain meaningful relationships.
During these uncertain times, anxiety can easily take hold and our mental health and relationships can suffer. I offer sessions through SecureVideo for those who prefer to have sessions from the comfort of their own home. I am also available for in-person sessions from my Bellevue office.
