As a certified Rosen Method Practitioner and inspired by my studies of Somatic Psychology and Birth Psychology, Inner Child Work and Family Constellation, I specialize in Somatic Integration, especially after trauma and loss, and the re-connection with the physical and emotional aspects of health that have been compromised, dissociated, or lost over the course of stressful and traumatic life events.
I am a Yoga Therapist, Somatic Trauma Therapist, and I hold a license as Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in Germany. I am a passionate teacher, dancer, healer and massage therapist, and have been teaching Reiki Healing Arts, LomoiLomi and Reflexology for over 30 years. I am certified in Hypnotherapy and trained in Brain Spotting and EMDR.
