In our meetings, you and I will work together to identify roadblocks that keep holding you back. I will assist you in creating permanent strategies to get past those roadblocks and start living the life you want.
In addition to my counseling services for adult individuals, I also help couples improve their communication, teamwork, understanding, and intimacy. Some special areas of focus in my work with couples include pre-marriage counseling, marriage enrichment, and counseling for dating couples who are considering engagement.
