I find that using a combination of existential/depth work along with behavioral therapy provides long lasting benefits and true change.
I specialize in women who are dealing with depression, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum issues. I also work with couples who need to increase their communication skills, intimacy and overall relationship satisfaction. In addition, I have over 20 years of working with children diagnosed with Autism and am able to provide support to parents and siblings.
I want to help you overcome you pain and suffering, but also to help you live an authentic, enriched, fulfilled life. Self-acceptance will be a major part of our work together. In couples therapy we will work together to increase a deeper, more meaningful understanding of each other and love between partners.
